On April 27, the launch meeting of the Zhongguancun Changping Park Characteristic Industrial Park Joint Mechanism and the Preparatory Meeting of the Beijing Changping District Characteristic Industrial Park Promotion Association, guided by the Beijing Science and Technology Commission, the Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park Management Committee and the Beijing Changping District People's Government, and sponsored by the Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park Changping Park Management Committee. This mechanism is the "first" joint mechanism for the characteristic industrial parks in each branch park in Zhongguancun.

  Industrial policies are the strategic cornerstone for leading industrial upgrading. For the creation of characteristic industrial parks, building a systematic and precise support mechanism is an important engine to activate innovative factors and promote efficient allocation of resources. It is of great significance to cultivating breakthrough technologies and building high-end industrial clusters.

  The joint mechanism of Zhongguancun Changping Park Characteristic Industrial Park launched by this event is the first initiative of the city's first branch characteristic industrial park. It is reported that the first batch of member units involve 24 operation and management units, covering a total of 31 industrial parks, with rich industrial forms, including first-level development companies, government industrial platform companies, market-oriented incubators, social organizations, and diverse industries, covering various fields such as pharmaceutical health, intelligent manufacturing, and digital economy.

  The above platforms and institutions are closely linked through the form of promotion associations, and will form an ecological pattern of "joining hands in competition and symbiosis in game". There are both fair competition based on market rules and value symbiosis to promote regional industrial upgrading. It will promote the efficient circulation of resources such as talents, technology, funds, policies, etc. in Changping District, and break down resource barriers and achieve complementary advantages through open cooperation.
