Xie Cun, Director of the Information and Communication Development Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, introduced that in the next step, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, continue to support the comprehensive pilot construction of the service industry to expand opening up, promote the implementation of relevant opening-up policies in the telecommunications field, and adhere to the construction of a new development pattern with high-level open services.
