　　The action plan actively adapts to the new development situation in the field of communications construction, and puts forward 16 tasks from six aspects: improving the system, improving the quality of engineering design and construction, consolidating the foundation of engineering safety production management, accelerating the supply of engineering construction standards, improving the digital level of engineering management, and optimizing the development environment in the field of communications construction.
