According to the Russian Satellite Agency on May 13, the General Staff of the Spanish Armed Forces stated on May 12 that since 2022, Spain has trained more than 7,500 Ukrainian soldiers under the framework of the EU military aid mission.

  The General Staff of the Spanish Armed Forces released a message on social platform X, saying: "The Spanish Armed Forces completed military training for more than 7,500 Ukrainian personnel through 170 training mission modules nationwide."

  According to official data, nearly 6,000 Spanish soldiers participated in the training of the EUMAM Ukraine.

  Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov previously pointed out that the United States and NATO are directly involved in the Ukrainian conflict, not only supplying weapons, but also training personnel in the UK, Germany, Italy and other countries. The Kremlin said that the continued delivery of weapons to Ukraine would not help negotiations.
