[Introduction] On May 12, the opening ceremony of the second artificial intelligence capacity building seminar hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and hosted by Tsinghua University was held in Beijing. The seminar lasts for six days, and 37 representatives from 34 countries and international regional organizations will exchange issues such as fair and inclusive development of global artificial intelligence and promoting international cooperation in artificial intelligence.
