  Lin Jian said that President Xi Jinping attended the opening ceremony of the meeting and delivered an important speech. Colombian President Petro, Brazilian President Lula, Chilean President Borichi, and New Development Bank President Rosef delivered speeches, and Uruguay President Orsi, the president of the rotating president of the Latin America Community, delivered a congratulatory letter. Foreign Minister Wang Yi presided over the plenary meeting. More than 50 ministerial officials came to China to attend the meeting in 28 Latin American and Caribbean countries, 6 regional organizations. The meeting passed the "Beijing Declaration of the Fourth Ministerial Meeting of the China-Latin America Forum" and the "China-Latin America Member States Cooperation Cooperation Cooperation Plan (2025-2027)" and reached more than 100 three-year cooperation projects. China also announced 20 measures to support the development of Latin America.

  Lin Jian said that the most important consensus of this meeting is that the China-Latin America Forum has been successful in ten years, and the two sides will expand the areas of cooperation and improve the quality of cooperation; China-Latin America's development will share the same destiny, and the two sides will firmly work together and work together to deal with external interference; China-Latin America's unity is timely.
