Many well-known martial arts enthusiasts and brother-in-law martial arts enthusiasts from all walks of life came one after another. Nearly 800 people from Naiman Banner martial arts, Tai Chi, fitness qigong practitioners and martial arts enthusiasts from all walks of life participated, showing the charm of the world while flying clothes. During the martial arts exchange and performance session, the magnificent Thousand-person Tai Chi appeared first. With the beginning of the music, each move showed the Eastern martial arts philosophy of "movement and stillness, and hardness and softness". Famous martial arts masters such as Guo Yuejin, Yan Ziliang, and Zhang Xiaohua showed various martial arts skills to the masses on the spot. Tai Chi Kung Fu Fan, Tai Chi Flexible Ball, Chen-style Tai Chi, 42-style Tai Chi and other exhibitions took turns to bring a rich martial arts feast to martial arts enthusiasts. At the event, children from the Blue Star Kindergarten of Naiman Banner also brought children's martial arts exercises. The children trained their bodies and wills through martial arts, inherited the essence of Chinese traditional culture, and allowed the martial arts spirit to be passed down from generation to generation and continue to live.

According to Li Zongren, head of the Sports, Health and Art Section of the Education and Sports Bureau of Naiman Banner, in recent years, Naiman Banner has carried out various fitness activities, and the national fitness atmosphere has become increasingly strong. As an important brand activity of sports culture in Naiman Banner, "Naiman Sports Festival" plays an important role in enriching the cultural life of the masses and promoting the development of national fitness. It has been successfully held for nine consecutive sessions. This year, the Naiman Sports Festival combines the martial arts exhibition of "making friends through martial arts" to promote national fitness and promote traditional culture, allowing martial arts, the treasure of the Chinese nation to bloom with new charm. Relying on the Sports Festival, Naiman Banner held more than 100 sports events throughout the year, with the actual number of participants reaching 80,000, driving 200,000 people to participate in national fitness activities. At the event, the silver-haired martial arts veteran performed on the same stage with the childish children, outlining the moving picture of the inheritance of Chinese martial arts, forming a moving scene of four generations of "old, middle-aged and young" living together and making friends through martial arts, allowing traditional martial arts to shine with new vitality through exchanges and mutual learning. Li Guoqiang said in his speech at the event: "The inheritance and development of martial arts culture is closely linked to the national fitness plan. The rich and diverse forms and profound cultural connotations of martial arts can provide a unique and attractive choice for national fitness. Tai Chi's smooth flowing water, hardness and softness are a culture of symbiosis between yin and yang, cultivation of both inside and outside, and harmony between man and nature. It brings the excellent traditional Chinese martial arts culture to the children and pass it on to them, which is very helpful for their lifelong growth."

This "Inheriting Classic Martial Arts and Movement" Chinese Martial Arts Exhibition is hosted by the Naiman Banner Wushu Association. Zhang Tie, president of the Naiman Banner Wushu Association, said at the event: "Warrior is a brilliant treasure of Chinese traditional culture, with a long history and profound history. From the heroic battlefield scene of "looking at the sword with a lamp while drunk, dreaming of blowing the horns and camping in a dream", to the young ambition of "young people learn swordsmanship and steeping the white apes", martial arts is not only a skill to strengthen the body, but also a symbol carrying the national spirit and cultural connotation. Martial arts culture and national fitness plan complement each other. In the future, the Wushu Association will lead the local people to respond to the national call for strengthening their bodies through colorful martial arts sports activities in Naiman Banner, so that more people love the traditional Chinese martial arts culture."
