Deeply interpret the main content of the Preschool Education Law, help preschool educators, parents and all sectors of society accurately understand and grasp the legal provisions and internal requirements, enhance the awareness of respecting and abiding by the law, and establish a scientific concept of childcare and education. Fully display the achievements of preschool education reform and development in typical regions, promote and implement good ideas, experiences and practices in the preschool education law, and promote local governments to actively use preschool education law to promote career development.

4 Promotional Forms

1. Carry out a series of solicitations. On the basis of the "Director's New Laws" activity, the Ministry of Education will carry out activities such as "Hundred Directors Talk about Implementation", "Thousands of People Talk about Experiences", and "Pilot Local Reforms". All provincial education administrative departments are invited to conduct solicitation around relevant topics: First, the "Hundred Directors Talk about Implementation" activity. For the heads of county-level education administrative departments, articles focusing on the core essence and specific requirements of the Preschool Education Law will be collected. The second is the "Thousand People Chat Experience" activity. Based on the early "New Methods for the Hundred Principals' Talks" video collection activity, the recruitment targets will be expanded to kindergarten teachers, teaching and research staff and parents, and they will collect their understanding and experience of preschool education methods in their daily work and life, and when they get along with their children, and articles or videos. The third is the "Pilot Local Reform" activity. For the national pilot areas to improve the universal preschool education guarantee mechanism and the pilot areas to improve the quality of kindergarten childcare education, articles or videos that show the measures and results of improving the guarantee mechanisms in investment, faculty and other aspects, and deepen education reform. 2. Launch a number of interpretation columns. The Ministry of Education will launch a number of publicity columns on relevant platforms. First, "You ask and answer the preschool education method." In the form of questions and answers, we will explain the legal contents of the preschool education law that are highly concerned by the society, highly correlated with the vital interests of front-line teachers, and have a direct guiding role in scientific parenting for parents, interspersed with policy links, case tracking, experience field trips, etc., to help all sectors of society accurately understand and grasp the legal content and spirit. The second is "Preschool Education Method V Reading". Focus on the main content of the Preschool Education Law and produce a series of short videos that are stipulated in the publicity and explanation of the laws. The Ministry of Education will also organize the production of publicity posters and display them simultaneously on the Ministry of Education’s government portal website and Weiyan Education WeChat official account.

5 Job Requirements

1. Carefully organize and deploy. All provincial education administrative departments should attach great importance to it and regard this publicity month activity as an important measure to gather all parties' efforts to jointly promote preschool education to "run schools in accordance with the law and govern education according to the law". We must study and formulate specific publicity month activity plans based on local actual conditions and make arrangements and deployments for various activities.
2. Carry out solicitation in a solid manner. All provincial education administrative departments should focus on the theme of solicitation, widely mobilize relevant personnel to actively participate, do a good job in the selection, and submit provincial-level recommended works to the Ministry of Education within the specified time.
3. Improve work effectiveness. All localities should coordinate online and offline, cover cities and villages, carry out publicity activities with diverse forms and rich content in multiple scenarios and immersive ways to improve publicity coverage and influence.

All localities are requested to promptly submit relevant text materials, pictures and videos of the promotion month activities to the Ministry of Education (Basic Education Department), and the Ministry of Education will display and promote it on the official platform.
