On April 29, China Construction Group released the "good house" construction system in China, anchoring the goal of "safety, comfort, green and smart", and coordinating good design, good materials, good construction, and good luck and maintenance through good integration to form a systematic method for creating a "good house".

  According to a relevant person in charge of China Construction Group, China's construction "good house" construction system mainly solves the corresponding residential pain points through demand interpretation, standard scanning and measures formulation. Based on household surveys and customer demand feedback, "Demand Interpretation" sorted out 101 key needs that can solve the pain of more than 95% of the people's living; "Standard Scan" finds national, local and industry standards to deal with these technical problems, and fully considers the differences in technical standards in different climate zones; "Measures Formulation" is proposed by experts from all links to solve the problem and key control points, so that scientific and technological achievements can more empower the construction of "good houses".
