The North Campus Project of the Palace Museum seizes the golden period of construction

 During this year's May Day, the construction project of the North Campus of the Palace Museum has seized the construction period. More than 200 builders from China Construction Eighth Bureau will stick to the front line of construction to ensure that the project is progressing steadily according to nodes.

  With the full capping of the main structure, the project has entered the installation and construction stage of secondary structure and electromechanical pipelines. "During May Day, the project department managers and construction team will ensure that the construction is carried out in an orderly manner through scientific scheduling and dynamic allocation. We will make every effort to ensure that the project is completed on time in 2026, so that this new cultural landmark can serve the society as soon as possible." The project leader of China Construction Eighth Bureau said.

  The North Campus of the Palace Museum is a major cultural facility in the national "14th Five-Year Plan". After the project is completed, the ability of the Palace Museum to protect cultural heritage, research on cultural relics in the museum, display and disseminate and serve the audience will be enhanced, and it will be a strong support for the "Safe Forbidden City, Academic Forbidden City, Digital Forbidden City, and Vibrant Forbidden City".
