On April 21, the editorial department of the key academic journal "Tianfu New Theory" under the supervision of the Sichuan Federation of Social Sciences released a warm tip for submissions of "Tianfu New Theory" through the WeChat public account:

We do not discriminate against the identity of the author and advocate that we should bear the responsibility of our own literature. We do not recommend that current master's and doctoral students name their supervisors as the first author. If the tutor makes substantial contributions to the paper, he can be signed as the second author.

We understand that the authors are anxious about the long publication cycle and that they will not include the blacklist management of multiple submissions for one manuscript. If you have any need to reject the manuscript, please inform us in time to avoid wasting the subsequent review resources.

Due to the different citation norms of each journal, in order to avoid repeated labor from authors, we do not require that the citation norms of this journal be followed when submitting articles. If the manuscript is finally intended to be adopted, we will notify the author separately to modify the format.

Starting from the fourth issue of 2025, this journal will implement the provision that only one fund project is allowed for one article, and requires that the fund project be substantially related to the paper to be published.
