On April 28, the series of ideological and political courses of Beijing universities, hosted by the Education Working Committee of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and hosted by seven Beijing art colleges and universities including the China Academy of Opera and Beijing Clothing Academy, was officially launched at the Tongzhou Campus of Beijing Clothing Academy. This year marks the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. This series of courses "Art Famous Artists Leading to Read Classics" is themed "Inscribed, Inherited, Rebirth - Art Resonance of the Anti-Japanese War Spirit". It has designed a total of 7 courses. It is co-organized by China Academy of Opera, Beijing Costume Institute, Central Academy of Fine Arts, Central Academy of Music, China Academy of Music, Beijing Film Academy, Beijing Dance Academy and other institutions. It opens course selection to students of Beijing art colleges and universities, including special lectures, group study, practical teaching and other links, transforming excellent literary and artistic works into "big ideological and political courses" to carry forward the great spirit of the Anti-Japanese War.
Liu Li, the head of the key special project of the "Science and Technology Winter Olympics" and professor at Beijing Fashion Institute, gave a lecture on the topic of "Building a Strong Country with Indomitable Spirit: Science and Technology Self-reliance and Inheritance Innovation in Olympic Clothes". Taking the development and practice of the great spirit of the War of Resistance in the new era as the main line, Liu Li "turns the show into a classroom, and the catwalks are used as a podium", telling a touching story about leading the competition clothing research and development team to solve a series of major problems in my country's Winter Olympics professional competition clothing. With a vivid, three-dimensional and unique teaching method, she told the touching story of the battle clothing "made in China" to the teachers and students present. Wang Yiqing, a student at the Chinese Academy of Opera, said, "This course is novel in form and vivid in content, allowing us to feel the moving stories and spiritual power behind art design. It is a unique 'big ideological and political course'. In the future artistic creation process, I will also combine theory with practice to create excellent works that are worthy of the times and the people."
At the event site, the responsible person of the Education Working Committee of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee issued a letter of appointment to the representatives of the lecturers. Starting this month, the series of major ideological and political courses "Art Famous Artists Leading to Read Classics" will be "speak" one after another. A group of famous art masters such as Wang Shaojun, professor of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Li Wei, professor of the Beijing Film Academy, He Kuanzhao, professor of the Central Academy of Music, Zhang Xiaomei, and Zhang Yunfeng, professors of the Beijing Dance Academy, will combine relevant art fields to interpret the great spirit of the War of Resistance for teachers and students of art colleges across the city. At the same time, the "immersive" musical "Nie Er's Song" and the "scene" ideological and political course "Beacon" will also be designed to increase the sense of participation and experience of the course and effectively enhance the effectiveness of education.
