  The China Employee Insurance Mutual Aid Association (hereinafter referred to as China Communications Association) was established in 1993. It was founded by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs. It is a national, professional and non-profit social organization.

He introduced that Zhonghuohui's medical mutual aid has included single-protected plans such as inpatient medical care, hospitalization allowance, major diseases, special diseases of female employees, and accidental injuries. Member units can also choose to combine single-protected plans based on actual needs.

  Innovate mutual aid service model to enhance happiness

  In order to better reflect the public welfare, mutual assistance and universality of the cause of employee mutual assistance and guarantee, China Communications Construction makes full use of the surplus funds to carry out extended membership services. Yao Chengfu said that, first, we should provide warm care for "after-rescue". On the basis of providing regular claims services, the financial burden on individuals who are still very heavy due to medical and health reasons will continue to provide assistance and condolences in accordance with certain rules, further alleviating the economic pressure and living difficulties of members and their families.

  In addition, in view of the flexible work and high mobility of workers in new employment forms, and in-depth research on the work scenarios and risk conditions of workers in new employment forms, China Communications Construction has formulated the "Work Plan for Strengthening Accidental Injury Guarantee for Workers in New Employment Form", launched a new employment special accidental injury guarantee product that meets actual needs, actively planned more internal and external financial resources, and promoted more workers in new employment forms to join the mutual assistance guarantee for employees, and provided convenient and efficient guarantee services for workers in new employment forms.

  In order to better serve the workers, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions has opened the "Works Home" APP, "The mutual aid guarantee module is operated by Zhonghuhui, and the positional advantages of the Workers Home APP are fully utilized. Zhonghuhui continues to innovate service models and broaden member service channels, so that members can truly feel the warmth and power of mutual aid guarantee, and effectively improve their sense of happiness and satisfaction."   Accelerate the comprehensive upgrade of digital transformation services

  In order to better adapt to the development trend of AI applications in the digital era, China Communications has made some breakthrough progress in recent years, with the concept of "digital and intelligent mutual assistance to ensure the future" and achieved comprehensive upgrades of services through digital transformation.

  He introduced that in promoting the construction of intelligent platforms, the construction of Zhonghuohui’s information application system has been completed, and the "three-end collaboration" of management end, unit end and member end has been achieved, and it has been deeply integrated with the "Worker Home" APP of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. Currently, the daily visits of the Employees Home’s “APP Mutual Aid Protection Section have exceeded 50,000 times.

  In terms of strengthening intelligent service innovation, biometrics and blockchain technology are adopted to achieve "one-click login and senseless authentication" and support the full process of online processing. Unit users can participate in batch insurance and pay through multiple channels, and members can easily inquire and apply for claims, truly realizing "zero running errands" service. Through the "four integration" mechanism, open up data barriers, realize direct data connection and AI automatic calculation functions of medical institutions, and improve service experience.

  In the next step, China International Communications will focus on building a national employee mutual aid guarantee big data center in the second phase of digital and intelligent construction, deepen the application of AI technology in scenarios such as disease prediction and intelligent customer service, and strive to build a digital and intelligent mutual aid guarantee ecosystem that is linked across the region, and promote the high-quality development of the employee mutual aid guarantee cause.
